Alecia is a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, restore mobility, and feel their best. Originally from Toronto, she spent over a decade in hospitality and the corporate world before following her true calling in health and wellness. She graduated from Kikkawa College in Toronto in 2020 with a 2200-hour diploma in Massage Therapy.
Alecia takes a personalized and functional approach to treatment, with various techniques such as deep Tissue, dynamic cupping, relaxation, as well as active and passive Stretching, to address stress, muscular tension, and movement restrictions. Whether supporting athletes, individuals managing chronic pain, or those seeking balance and relaxation, her goal is to help each client move and live with greater ease.
Dedicated to continuous learning, Alecia continues to expand her skills in various therapeutic modalities to provide effective, results-oriented care tailored to each client’s needs.
Outside of her practice, Alecia maintains a healthy, active lifestyle. Since 2020, she has completed multiple racing events such as the Banff Half Marathon, a Spartan Race, and a Hyrox competition. She enjoys weight training, running, and playing volleyball—activities that inspire her understanding of movement, recovery, and performance in her massage therapy practice.
